We try to answer all emails the same day or within 24 hours. Please feel free to send photos and or measurements by email for custom quotes or ideas. In order to keep cost on our screens as low as possible we do not have a receptionist to answer calls. I am happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. You can call me direct. If I am out of the office and in the shop you may get my voice mail or your call may be transferred to me on my cell phone and I will be happy to help you .Please leave a voice mail if I do not answer. I promise I will call you back immediately and usually within a few hour or the next day..

Our normal hours are :
Monday Thru Friday 7 am to 5 pm EST.
Saturday 7 am to Noon
Sunday and Holiday weekends we are either at church or are relaxing in our screened in garage or porch.
